Our 14,000 square foot facility has the capacity to handle the largest projects from 14 feet in diameter by 15 feet tall and weighing up to 25 tons! Whether large or small you and your project will receive the EMTI treatment. We are here for you 24 hours a day, five days a week!

Lindberg 24″ø x 36″ bottom load with digital control and digital process recorder. Temperature to 2300°F.
V-2 Vacuum Furnace:
Ipsen 30″ x 28″ x 48″ horizontal load with digital controls and digital process recorder. Temperature to 2250°F.
V-3 Vacuum Furnace:
Lindberg 36″ x 42″ x 48″ horizontal load with digital controls and digital process recorder. Temperature to 2250°F.
V-4 Vacuum Furnace:
Abar/Ipsen 60″ø 60″ tall bottom load with digital controls and digital process recorder. Temperature to 2250°F.
V-5 Vacuum Furnace:
Abar/Ipsen 60″ø 72″ tall bottom load with digital controls and digital process recorder. Temperature to 2250°F.
